Invest.austria conference 2024 will take place at Apothekertrakt Schönbrunn in Vienna’s 13th district (post code: 1130). It is easily accessible by public transport (underground line U4 to Schönbrunn exit Grünbergstraße, tram line: 10 & 60, bus line: 10A). There is also a fee-paying car park opposite the venue in Schönbrunner Schlossstraße.

Markus Raunig is the Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Think Tank Austrian Startups, a member of the advisory board of the European Startup Nations Alliance, and the co-host of Austria's leading tech podcast, Future Weekly. Additionally, he is the co-author of the Austrian Startup Agenda and the Austrian Startup Monitor, a guest lecturer at various universities, and a passionate entrepreneur himself. In 2017, he was named one of the European Digital Leaders by the World Economic Forum and has since been advocating for Europe as a tech hub, advising policymakers on implementing innovation-friendly policies. He is a sought-after speaker at international events and actively supports startups as a mentor in various accelerator programs.
